Hi, I’m Taylor!

As a Registered Dietitian (RD) and Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CCSD), I have extensive experience working with athletes at the highest levels, including in the NFL and at a Division 1 Collegiate sports program. My approach focuses on fueling athletes’ bodies properly to enhance performance, accelerate recovery, and support long-term health. Through personalized nutrition strategies, I help athletes meet their specific dietary goals while ensuring they maintain optimal energy levels and resilience. By integrating evidence-based nutrition practices tailored to each individual, I empower athletes to perform at their best, recover efficiently, and lead healthier, more balanced lives both on and off the field.
